The initial NST session. Includes in depth intake and postural assessment, followed by hands on treatment. This option is usually recommended for new/first time NST clients.

Full NST session which includes postural assessment, more focused on accomplishing goals and staying consistent with the treatment plan. This option is recommended for people who have completed the initial session and are starting a treatment plan.

Includes traditional NST protocol but spends more time on targeted areas. This option is usually recommended for people who prefer to have more time spent on specific areas of concern. This option is ideal for clients who prefer or require extra attention in specific regions of the body.

The 75-minute session is also recommended for clients who prefer to space out their treatment sessions, such as coming once or twice per month, as the extended session time allows for more comprehensive treatment and deeper corrective work.
